Include Calendar info in email from my bosses calendar

I am an Executive Asst. and often need to show when my boss is available for
meetings. When I try to send an email with include calendar information it
only includes my calendar. Is there a way to show her calendar?

Hi Lynette,

You need Outlook 2010 and need an Exchange Server.

As far as showing her Calendar, she needs to send you an Invitation to
Subscribe to her Calendar and you need to Accept. Read the Help Manual for
the Calendar in order to do it.
