Include Component & MS Knowledge Base Article 299360

Please enlighten me by assisting with the following "Include" problem.

I have uploaded a FP 2000 SP 3 web to a unix server for the first time
previously webs have be hosted on MS servers.

The navigation bar which is on the include page does not display, but
part of the page is duplicated. It displays correctly in browser on
local machine.

example from site http://www.jchurchill.co.uk/PC.htm

The path shown "[_private/_private/navbar.htm]" appears to be wrong,
I would have expected just _private/navbar.htm and am therefore
confused. I'm not sure of the cause of the problem, or of how to
correct it on this large site.

Can anyone confirm that this is the fault detailed in the above
Knowledge base article, I wish to be sure of the facts before
contacting the hosting company.

If anyone can suggest a way forward I would be very grateful.

If the host is running the FP2002 extensions, then they need to update them
to the latest version to solve the duplication issue.
