Include Data in Chart Legend

I am fumbling with a pie chart which I have sitting in a form. The
chart displays just fine and I have been able to format the legend to
an extent. The data is basically:

green - 3
red - 4
orange - 6
purple - 1
blue - 2

The legend displays the labels and the pie chart the data. Two things
I can't figure out:

How can I get the legend to also display the data (numbers)?

The source is a query based on the month chosen from a combo box, how
can I display the month on the form?
