Include error checking

=IF(BL484="saleable",(SUBSTITUTE(TRIM(BS484&" "&BT484)," ",",")))

I want to include error checking so that if BL484 does not contain a value
it will not return FALSE

=IF(BL484="saleable",(SUBSTITUTE(TRIM(BS484&" "&BT484)," ",",")),"")
