Include Pages publish but do not show on site

Recently I had to rebuild my production machine and reload Frontpage 2003. I
am not sure that I reset all of the setting the same as they were originally
set and am now experiencing a problem with "include pages". I have a set
of include pages that contain copyright information and needed to update them
to 2005. I did so and published them but the include pages (at the bottom of
each page of the site) have not been updated after the publish. When I look
at the log it indicates that the new include pages (same file name as
previously, just updated) were "copied" to the site. The Status page for the
Remote Web Site indicates that the include pages are "unchanged" but have the
date that I published the new versions.

As I mentioned, the new includes do not show up - unless I republish the
page that contains the includes. For example, the include is attached to
the home page of the site but did not appear attached to the home page when I
published the updated include (yes, I did click refresh to load the new
include). I decided to see if I could force the situation and republished
the home page and when I did, the revised include appeared along with it.
The site is now over 900 pages and I do not want to republish everything to
make this change, especially since changing the include pages should resolve
this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this --- By the way,
my host recently upgraded the servers for my site with the latest security
patches for Msoft 2003 Server.

If you have any ideas, I would appreciate your comments.

Thanks,

Mike

Since you reinstalled FP, you must do an initial Full Publish of your web to
get it back in synch.
