Include Subject Line in Automated Response

Hello,
I am not sure of posting here but here goes.

I have created an outlook rule that has the server respond with a
message to each incoming email to a particular mailbox. What I would
like to do is include the subject line or specific text from the
incoming email to the automated response.

How would I do this?
