Included content links wont work on every page

hello I am having problems getting my links inside the included content to work on every page. I just added a recent link to a picture the motherboards one and it works fine from the home page and and the pages for all the motherboards but it doesnt work from most of the other pages i.e the video card page. could someone take a look and see if they can figure out the problem. I know I used absolute positioning and the code isnt as clean as it could be even though frontpage created it but this is my first site and I didnt know anything. I also am not smart enough or brave enough to try and clean it up that will be a project for later I've only been at this for about three months. Sorry I rambled but I would appreciate any help. THanks a lot, Cullie140

You are using absolute positioning from an include page
- not a good idea (and unnecessary for just a menu bar that can be in a table)
And your outer div z index is "hiding" the nav bar divs
<div style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 750px; height: 1687px; z-index: 9">
Remove all the absolute positioning and create a table for your nav bar images/links and pages

PS
The shape/word art is also problematic in all but IE
- drop it and use images
