I am using Access 2002 and cannot get it to do a graph for
me. I've tried using the wizard with no success. The
problem is when I tell it what to graph, ie put Field1,
Field2, Field3, etc from the form into a pie graph it just
puts the total of Field1 in the graph, which gives me the
same result everytime: a pie graph that is completely
devoted to displaying just what was in Field1! Not a very
useful graph! What am I doing wrong and how do I graph a
series of numbers like this for a single record. The
specific situation is to graph a customer's aged account
balance in a pie chart so that the 0-30, 30-60, 60-90, and
over 90 days portions will each be a chunk of the "pie".
I asked this question in the forms forum with no reply. I
really would appreciate some help! Thanks!
