Including "ALL" in a combo box

Stephanie

Hi. I have a table (tbDept) that contains BusinessUnit. There are 5 choices
for Business Unit and I created a combo box. But I'd also like to include an
"ALL" option in the combo box.

So the combo box would include:
BU1
BU2
BU3
BU4
BU5
ALL (which is BU1 or BU2 or BU3 or BU4 or BU5)

I'm not quite sure how to create that. I'd appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Stephanie

Hi -

Here's an example query that you can modify to fit your scenario.

SELECT distinct tblAccounts.AccountType
FROM tblAccounts
UNION Select "All" as Bogus
FROM tblAccounts
ORDER BY tblAccounts.AccountType;

HTH - Bob
