Including Header and Footer info when saving to Gif Files

Is there any way I can save the Header & Footer information when saving Visio pages to GIF files. What I need is the page (as it would be printed and shown in Print Preview) saved as a GIF file. Currently, the GIF files are only picking up the elements from the page being saved and do not include footer & header details
