incoming email settings

hi, after latest patches my all incoming mail as HTML are displayed as plain
text and when I choose "show as HTML" links in those messages does not work.
I have not found any settings that would remove my problem. Any help?

Hi,

I found answer from earlier posts. I moved message to Inbox and that helped.
Thanks for previous posters.
