Hello,
I am currently using Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6735) SP3 - Windows XP
Professional 5.12600 SP 2 Build 2600. For some reason, when I receive
emails, some of them are coming in greyed out and others come in normally.
Is there any options I should be checking to see why this is happening. Now
the emails I am receving are good emails that I am expecting, I just don't
know why they are coming in greyed out. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Bob

Ben,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Yes I can access them normally,
and you are correct, I can access them. It just dumbfounds me that they are
grey and not the regular/normal black like they used to be. Is there
anything that can be done to resolve this issue. Again, thanks for your help
and your assistance.

Click Tools>Organize and look under the coloring section.

Brian,
I went to Tools>Organize and then I changed the colors to correspond to
specific email. How do I just change it, so that all of my email is black
and not the silver/gray color????
Thanks,
Bob

I don't have Outlook 2002 in front of me, but in Outlook 2003, there's an
"Advanced Formatting" option that shows what colors, styles, and fonts are
used for various types messages. You might also see if these references
