Incoming email

About every other day, I notice that there is incoming mail on the indicator
at the lower right corner after I press the send/receive button but it never
enters my inbox or junk mail folder. Do you have any idea what may be
happening to this lost mail? It doesn't appear, either, on the webmail server.

Thank you if you can help. I fear that I am losing mail.

You should post your version of OL. Recheck your View settings to make sure
you are seeing All Messages in all your folders. Also check your Rules.
