Incoming emails have strikethroughs? How do I stop it?

I am receiving emails that have strikethroughs in every word. This is
happening on about half of my incoming emails. If the same email comes to my
separate laptop it does not happen so I guess something in my computer is
doing this but i don't even know where to go to start repairing it.

None of my outgoing emails have strikethroughs.
