Why am I suddenly getting the same emails sent to me over and over again
whenever I log on? Every time I log on, I now get emails from last week that
I've already received and even deleted.
If you have set under the Options tab to "leave on server" then you can get
duplicates. If your ISP reboots their server then the message IDs change and
Entourage doesn¹t have a way to know what messages have downloaded.
To get rid of duplicates use one of the scripts on this page.

You can view your account using your web browser and move emails out of the
Inbox and Entourage won't download them again. Just be careful you don't go
over the limit set by your ISP to store emails.
Lastly, have you considered switching to IMAP?
