I know several people have posted this same question, but nobody has resolved
the issue I'm having.
On certain websites I use to send files, I have myself listed as a BCC
recipient. When the e-mail comes in it is converted to plain text with no
option to restore the line breaks. If I go into the edit function for the
e-mail and convert back to HTML, it will simply change the font but not
restore the line breaks or original formatting. However, if I go into my
external smtp account and view the e-mail prior to retrieval by Outlook the
formatting is correct. So, during the retrieval of the e-mail by Outlook it
is converting the e-mail and stripping the ability to restore its original
appearance.
Then, if I go to forward it, it restores the line breaks and then adds
additional breaks in! This is maddenning, especially if I have to forward it
which then requires re-editing.
Any suggestions?
