Incoming email is disappearing into the ether after about thirty
seconds in my Inbox in Microsoft Outlook 2007. It's possibly being
forwarded somewhere, but I have been unable to ascertain where that
might be. I have deleted all rules (the ones that I can see, anyway).
I have now found a fix whereby I set up a rule that moves mail from
the inbox to another folder immediately it arrives. However, I'd
still like to know what is causing mail to disappear from my Inbox.
I'm working on a network of PCs and the above problem occurs whichever
one I am logged onto.
Any suggestions most gratefully received.
Thanks.
