Incoming mail format

My incoming mail format has changed recently and I can't find a way to change
it back. All mail is converted to plain text, which is a pain in the xxxx.
I am forced to right click and convert to HTML. Another problem with this is
I cannot use any hyperlinks that appear on these emails.

Can someone offer advice?

Assuming you are using Outlook 2003, select Tools > Options > Preferences
tab > Email Options button and uncheck the read all standard mail as plain
text.

The links thing might be controlled by Tools > Options > Preferences tab >
Junk Email button. Checkbox at the bottom.
