My incoming mail goes directly to my outbox. If I move it to my inbox, it shows up at the end of the list (sorted by most recent) When I open the emails, they still show as being unread. The only way to get rid of them is to delete. Help.

Check your Rules and Mailing List Manager (Tools menu) to see if there's
something doing this.

Tried that. There are no Rules and I disabled the only item in Mailing List Manager with no luck.

Now it's getting ridiculous. The same messages that I've deleted keep re-appearing in my outbox.

It would appear I need to re-install office. How do I keep my existing e-mails, contacts, calendar, etc?

Reinstalling Office does not affect your existing Entourage database, which
contains all the objects you mentioned.

If you want to be especially cautious, make a backup copy of the folder
[your user name]/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities
(assuming you're running Office 2008; otherwise choose the corresponding
Identities folder).
That folder is where Office stores all your local information (except some
preferences).
