Incoming mail hyperlinks

My incoming email hyperlinks and also any other hyperlinks do not work. When
I click onto the link I get the warning message that "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in operation on this computer, please contact
your system administrator".
I am the administrator and I have checked all the reasons I can think of,
but still no joy.
Any suggestions please?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
