incoming mail sent as html arrives corrupt as plain text

I am hoping someone can provide some assistance. I am running outlook
express with business contact manager and mcafee virus scan. I am
ocassionally having trouble receiving e-mails from two individuals both of
whom are from the same organization running off the same server.
Occassionally when I receive e-mails from them there is nothing listed in the
"to" "from" or "subject line", the e-mail which was sent in HTML arrives in
plain text as garble, and attachments are missing. I only have this trouble
from these two individuals and they haven't had any other reports from
others. Typically the messages with issues contain attachments and have a
large number of recipients. But if I ask them to resend I get the e-mail
just fine. Below is a sample of message text. Any suggestions?

The newsgroup addresses issues with Microsoft Office Outlook. Two different
