Incoming POP set up with Vista/sbcglobal

I am having trouble setting up Office Mail 2003 as my default in Vista. I
have DSL sbcglobal.net. It says it is accepting the outgoing using SMTP but
refuses the Incoming pop of pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com. Can anyone help me with
this. Hopefully, I am not the only one having brain warps trying to figure
out the kinks with Vista versus XP. Thanks!
