incompatibilities between office 2000 and office xp

My company is thinking of rolling OfficeXP to one of our
subsideries. We want to know what are some
incompatibilities between office 2000 and office XP. I
work in the Help Desk, but we have not received any of
these types of calls. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
