Incompatible Codepages

Hi,

I have Project Server 2003-SP1 on Win2k3 Ent-English and Project
Professional 2003-SP1 on Windows XP SP2-English.
Both of the machines regional settings are the same.

Both of the product are fresh installed.

When try to connect Project Server 2003 from Project Professional 2003 this
is the message:
" Incompatible Codepages" and "Project Server is using Codepage 1252
(ANSI-Latin1)" and this "Your computer is using Codepage 1254 (ANSI-Turkish).

I have made some search but nothing. I hope someone has the answer.
