% Incomplete in Web Access and MS Proj Pro not matching

On occassion there are some tasks that are reported by resources and the %
complete on a task in Web Access does not match that in MS Proj Pro. I
realize that the MS Proj Pro is a combination of all resources on a single
task but even when there is a single resource on a single task the % complete
will occassionally not match. I cannot seem to replicate this occurrence and
wanted to see if anyone might have an answer.

Are you sure you are comparing the same fields? Sometimes, confusion arises
with % Complete and % Work Complete.

Or perhaps you have manually updated some tasks and not Republished with the
Overwrite Actuals box checked.
