Incomplete URL on the project server notification

Project server notification suddenly started to contain incomplete URL in its
message (it is not showing http://machine name/projectserver. the rest of the
link is still there).

I appreciate ur help.

From PWA Admin, select server configuration and verify that the intranet
address is entered properly.
