Inconsistent completion values in Project Pro and PWA

If this question has already been asked and repsonded to with a
resolution, I apologize in advance for the repost.

in PWA resources are entering actual work time against project
tasks.Tasks are being completed and remaining work is being set to zero
so %work complete is changing to 100%. Resources are either updating
all or updating the selected rows.

The project manager is accepting all updates and saving the project
changes. In MS Project Pro 2003 tasks display as 100%, in PWA View my
tasks they are displaying as 100%.

the issue: on the View a project Task Summary view (any other view), %
complete is not updated to 100%.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Out of curiosity, are your PM's clicking Collaborate - Publish - All
Information after they process task updates? Let us know.

You might also check to make sure that you don't have a resource
assigned on the summary task.

Thank you for the input!

I found the issue was caused by the views processing service
unexpectedly terminated and did not re-start on the server. Once the
service was restarted the Viewdrop folder cleared all queued XML
requests, and everything happy in project server land once again.
