I'm using Outlook 2002 (ancient, I know!) and have configured it to request
both delivery and read receipts. I realize that the recipient may choose NOT
to have a receipt sent, but even when I get receipts they are not
consistently recorded in the sent message. In some messages the tracking tab
appears, but in others it does not, even though I have received receipts.
What's going on?
