Inconsistent Out of Office

Weird one here. Some (not all) senders getting Out of Office reply from one
user's mailbox. Have toggled OoO off/on, restarted both Outlook and machine.
Anybody seen this quirk before?

You didn't say that those are/aren't receiving the notification are within
the same Exchange org or internet. Just so you know, the latest versions of
Exchange (2003/7) would prohibit by default internet address from receiving
the notification. Users within the org should.
