incorporate a button within the document

I want to use a shared spreadsheet ,but I need the document to be save
only to one specified file. Is there anyway to incorporate a butto
within the document so one click will save to the correct destinatio
and make this process as idiot proof as possible. Also is it possibl
to have this spread sheet as a form fill type of document so that th
main eliments are not changeable,but will allow the other users t
complete the specified cells.ANy help will gratefuly appreciated.
