Incorporate Progress - Preview button?

I am using MS Project 2007 Standard. In the "Project Guide", the "Track"
section, the "Incorporate progress information into the project" selection,
what is the "Preview updates" comment supposed to tell us? And where is the
"Preview" button?

This feature is only available if you are using Project Server 2007. Are
you actually using Project Server? If not, then ignore what you see in that
part of the Project Guide. Hope this helps.
