Incorrect author in document properties

I have a network with a domain controller using Windows 2003 Server and
client computers all using Windows XP. I have a number of users who have
roaming profiles, with the profiles located on the server. On the client
computers, I first created a generic profile then copied it to the default
profile on the client computers. When the other users first logged on, they
were first given this generic profile, and when they logged off the profile
was saved to the server. The problem is that when looking at the properties
of a Word document created by one of the users, no matter what computer, the
author always shows up as one particular user named Jenna. When I created
the default profile, I may have used Jenna’s profile as the template profile
copied to the default profile, but I’m not sure of this. When looking at the
properties of a document created by one of the users, the owner shows up as
that particular user, not Jenna, despite the fact that Jenna shows up as the
author. I know when a user first opens a MS Office document, they are asked
for initials and name. This must establish authorship of the documents
created. I don’t know how it happened, but it is as if Jenna logged in as
each user on every computer, opened Word and entered her name and initials,
which is certainly not the case. How can I get the correct author to show up
in the document properties?
