Incorrect Date Inserted on Autocomplete

After working fine, Word has started inserting the incorrect date in
documents when autocomplete is used to insert today's date. Any ideas
on what the problem might be or a fix? Word is running on a new Mac
mini. Date and time information have been set correctly in System
Preferences.

I believe that WinWord, anyhow, picks up the date only at launch. Do you let
the computer and programs run for days? Try restarting Word, assuming
"incorrect date" is something like yesterday, or a couple days ago.

If that doesn't work, state exact OS and Word versions and describe
"incorrect date" a little more specifically.
