Incorrect heading when replying an email

How do I change the characteristic of the reply heading?
Some of the emails, including the ones I've sent to
myself, has a different font size than the rest of the
message. This only happens on certain emails and it
drives me nuts :( I want all the text to be 10 pts. I've
also noticed that the font for this section is Tahoma
instead of my normal Arial. I've tried changing the
Styles and deleting Normal.dot but it did't work.
please help! Thank you!

Example: the heading below is size 12 pts while the rest
of my message is 10 pts.

To choose the fonts used when printing an e-mail:
File> Page Setup> Define Print Styles> Memo> Edit...
Format and Header/Footer. Change the fonts to suit your preference.

I am not trying to print the email but replying to it. As
mentioned, when I try to reply, the heading fonts
automaticaly jump up by 2 pts. 14pts versus the rest of
the text which is 12 pts.

I want to reply to the sender, not print the email. As
mentioned, only the reply heading is 2 pts larger than
the rest of the text, 12 points instead of 10 pts.

Hi, Nurraj;
Well, I've been unable to find your answer. Replying to an HTML email gets
me a 10 pt. Tahoma header, and I couldn't find anyplace that lists that. The
only thing I can give you is Edit> Select All, and choose 10 pt. Arial.
Apologies,
Ian.
