I am trying to print out size B4 envelopes at work to send out packets of
information to my customers. I can successfully get through the entire
mailmerge wizard, but when I go to print them out, the addresses print out
vertical as if they should be printed on a size 10 envelope instead and that
were fed into the laserjet printer width-wise, not length-wise. I have tried
repeately to change the envelope and feed options but with no success. Is
there a way to solve this problem?
I am using Office 2000 on Windows 2000.
Note: I have already had my printer drivers reinstalled on my workstation
about a month ago when I first moved to the new desk as I was having some
problems printing documents with the printer.
