A friend is running Outlook 2000 and his Outbox shows that it contains 1
message when there are in fact no messages in the folder. Consequently,
whenever he closes Outlook, he gets a prompt about having unsent messages and
does he really want to close it.
I tried running the Detect and Repair option whereupon Outlook installed
some software from the Outlook CD (and it took ages - 5-10 minutes) then
seemed to do nothing. Attempting to run the Detect and Repair option again
just results in another long installation.
Any suggestions please?
thanks
