In our office, we have several computers with Windows 98SE
and Word 2000. Recently, we have added a few newer
computers with Windows 2000 and Word 2002. Whenever a
document created on one type of computer is printed from
another, the wrong paper trays are used. For example, a
document created on a Win 2000 machine that is supposed to
print on plain paper will print on letterhead if printed
from a Win 98SE computer. Any ideas on how to correct
this?
