incorrect product key HELP!!!!!!!

i have a product key on the base of my new laptop every time in try to enter
it so i can use microsoft word it keeps saying its incorrect , what can i do
its a new laptop the key should work!!!!!! argh !!!! help

Look at that label carefully. I am willing to be that it says Microsoft
Vista, not Office. You will have to call the computer manufacturer's tech
support and ask them where you can locate the product key you need.

I also have the same problem and I despertly need this program for college

So stop using the product key on the bottom of your laptop. It says
*Windows*, not *Office*.
