Incorrect rollup of task dates

Everytime my project plan is updated with PWA updates, some of the task
dates are not rolled up to the summary task correctly. For example,
Task 1 has a finish date on 3/31, but the summary task shows 2/1.

I seems can fix the problem by releveling the project plan a few times.
Eventually, the summary task will recalculate the new date.

Does anyone know what is the problem? I have Project Professional 2003
and PWA 2003.
