Incorrect status on meeting replies

When I edit a meeting in Entourage 2008, then send an update to the invited attendees, then receive a reply, the reply says "This meeting was updated after the attendee sent this response" - except it wasn't! Is this a bug, or am I missing something here?

Sounds like a bug to me but I haven't seen it myself. Are you using
Exchange or sending through POP or IMAP servers?

While the folks from Microsoft don't always post in the newsgroups they
do visit here and may read this thread. To make sure they know about
your discover be sure to let Microsoft know by using the Help --> Send
Feedback mechanism in any Office application.

We are using a standard Exchange 2003 server, not POP or IMAP.

I continue to see this issue with Entourage 2008, but it is very inconsistent - sometimes it occurs, sometimes not. In fact, if I invite a number of people to a meeting, this issue sometimes occurs on some of their replies, but not on others! Because of this inconsistency I don't really know how to send feedback - if I can duplicate it consistently, how can I report it?
