Incorrect time in e-mail

The time sent which appears to the recipient is one hour off from the actual
time I sent the e-mail. Is there a clock in Outlook which is separate from
the clock on the computer?

did you all the Daylight Savings Time updates a while back? If you are using
Exchange server, did your IT guy do them?

I live in Arizona. We don't do Daylight Savings Time. I'm not certain if
this time issue occurs with all recipients or just some. Maybe I should send
out an e-mail inserting the time sent in the text and requesting a reply
telling me what time-sent appeared on their end. I will also begin paying
attention to the time sent on my incoming e-mail and checking to see if it is
correct.
