Incorrect time in Microsoft Project Server 2003

We are posting issues under our system for MS Project Server 2003. When I go
back to look at the issue, it has a time stamp 3 hours behind our current
time. Is there a setting in MS Project Server that dictates which timezone
you are in? Both the machine that I am using and the Project Server are
displaying the correct times and time zones.

Thanks

There are time zone settings in WSS, and this is where the issues are stored
- it could be set to be 3 hours behind your regional settings for the server
etc. I haven't got a 2003 system to hand, but I suspect you'll find it in
Central admin somewhere.

Bingo,

Checked the default WSS and then the settings specifically for Project
Server. Changed both of them from either nothing or PST to EST.

All new projects now show the correct time.

Thanks!

No problems. you'll probably find the same will occur for new projects.
You'll need to modify the WSS template so that it shows PST and then
re-import it into EPM, so that you are provisioning new sites using the new
template, which is configured for PST.
