Incorrect time of exported calendar entries

After exporting the calendar from outlook 2000 to Excel or Access, the time of the appointments are all 1 hour off. I have checked daylight settings in regional settings and they are correct. Can you help

Do they match the settings in Control Panel as well? How about the time
zone in each place?
