Incorrect times in calendar from overseas requests

Have checked time zone in recipients calendar and in W2K
system and both correct. Meeting requests from overseas
users are showing the incorrect time in one local users
calendar but not in calendars of other local users.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

(Outlook 2000/Windows 2000 and Exchange 5.5).
