Incorrect treatment of hyperlinks, so cant open some type of files

Good day,

Here is the case

There are few PCs with different combinations of OS Vista Business and Xp
Pro, all of them have Office 2007 with OneNote. When I try to open .dwg
AutoCAD file just as hyperlink in OneNote book, I receive blank main window
in AutoCAD application. Doing the same with copy of the file .dwg in OneNote
book working fine - its opened correctly. Also, the option "open original
file" on copied file working fine too. I tried to make the same hyperlink in
Word2007, its just working perfectly.
So, what is the difference of the ways OneNote treats hyperlinks of files
and how I can get it worked?
Any ideas?
