Incorrect user name shows with correct email address

Hello all,

I have tried via "Help" and anything else I could think of short of
removing the Entourage app and/or the Office app to correct this but
to no avail. Office 2004 Test Drive HEM always appears before any
email I send. Before anyone opens my emails all they see as the sender
is a portion of Office Test Drive. Therefore most emails are ignored.

Does anyone know a sure fire method to change Office 2004 Test Drive
so my name shows?

I don't believe that's possible. Are you planning on updating to the full
version? It's imperative that you completely remove the test drive before
install the full version. See this page for details. Removing has been
extremely troublesome for some users if done incorrectly.

Thanks Diane. I didn't make it clear. The full version is installed
and the test version supposedly was removed. I'll check this page for
details and go from there.
