Increase font size of track changes bubbles?

In my office, we alter documents and then print them for review. Many users
have poor eyesight and simply cannot read the track change bubbles in the
default font size. How can we increase the font?

We do not want to have to go back to the strikethrough format if we can
avoid it.

Increase the font size of the Balloon Text style.
