Using Word 2003, I am only able to have seven lines in a postal address,
from creating it in Outlook 2003; How can I increase this size?

The only place this should be an issue is on an envelope. Otherwise you can
insert as many fields as you want. The merge doesn't recognise an address as
such. On an envelope, the address size is constrained by a frame of fixed
size. You can make this an auto re-sizable frame by setting the paragraph
style parameters. See

Thanks Graham,

Yes, it was an address on an envelope. It was a university friend, with
name, dept., university, road, town, etc. and I seem to run out of space.

I will have a look at your web sites.

Regards,

John
