incredimail account setup

I cannot setup an incredimail account because they ask me for incoming and
outgoing messages server, like POP3 and SMTP and I don`t know what are these
or what should I fil in the blanks I just want to make my incredimail account
work !
Could you please help?

Ask your ISP and what does Incredimail have to do with Outlook?
