IncrediMail

We have been using the IncrediMail addon with Outlook XP. We are inabled to
send outstanding emails with wonderful backgrounds (some of them with moving
partss), and Emoticons.

However: ever since we installed IncrediMail we have been inflicted with
computer freezups, and have had to reboot many times a day. We get warnings
such as "Explorer has caused a problem with User.exe. Explorer will now
close" -- and, of course the computer freezes. Or, similar warnings, that
leave the machine unusable.

Has anyone else encountered this with IncrediMail? IncrediMail is advertized
as a Microsoft certified addon for Outlook.

To verify that the problem lies with IncrediMail (and not some
automatic IE update), you can temporarily disable it and see if you
still have the problems you talking about.
To disable it completely, go to Outlook Options->Other->Advanced
Options->COM Add-Ins: Select 'IncrediMail' and click 'Remove'.
The next time you run Outlook, it will run completely IncrediMail
free.
To start IncrediMail again, go to Start->Programs->IncrediMail and
click the 'IncrediMail for Office' icon.

Hope that helps,
